Melissa Grzymala to Speak at the Commercial Observer ‘Breaking the Glass Ceiling’ Conference

Faithful+Gould Executive Project Manager Melissa Grzymala will speak at the Commercial Observer’s upcoming conference on leading women in construction and design on November 7, 2017 in New York City.

This is the fourth conference in the Commercial Observer’s first ever 2017 Design & Construction Conference Series. Entitled ‘Breaking the Glass Ceiling’, This conference will explore the challenges and opportunities women face in construction and design and how the market compare to other industries.

Melissa will speak on a panel entitled ‘Women Leaders in Construction & Design - How They Paved the Way’. She will be joined by Elisabeth Malsch of Thornton Tomasetti, Kimberly Steimle of Suffolk, Jane Smith of Spacesmith and Helena Durst of The Durst Organization. The panel will be moderated by Geri Gregor of Grassi and Co. The assembled group come from a variety of backgrounds and provide differing perspectives on the industry and how the role of women has evolved.

Melissa shared, “I look forward to participating in the inaugural Commercial Observer Conference Series. It is an honor to be included with such prominent women in the construction industry and share my perspective.”

The conference audience is expected to include over 250 construction, architecture, engineering and design professionals as well as developers and representatives from the real estate world.
