Minneapolis Office Wins Project/Cost Management Role in Healthcare Sector

Christy Ullo
The Minneapolis office has been awarded the project management and cost management roles for the BMT (Blood Marrow Transplant) facility remodel and the Sports Medicine Operating Rooms expansion at the University of Minnesota Medical Center, Fairview.

The BMT project is a three phase remodel driven by capacity needs. The first blood marrow transplant in the world was performed in this University of Minnesota facility, and it continues to be a world leader in BMT procedures.

The Sport Medicine O.R. project is an expansion to add two operating rooms and remodel the existing facility.

This new commission will help with expanding Faithful+Gould's services within Fairview (beyond the current auditing roles) and will focus on a blend of PM best practices & innovative contract & audit solutions.

Fairview is a health services provider operating seven hospitals and 61 clinics in and around the Twin Cities area.
