Paul Davies Promoted To Director At Faithful+Gould

Paul from Faithful+Gould’s Bristol office takes on a new remit to help grow the company’s project management activities nationally.

Paul Davies has been promoted to director at project and cost management consultant Faithful+Gould.

Paul who is based at Faithful+Gould’s Bristol office is promoted from regional director and as well as continuing his role as head of project management for the company in the South West and South Wales, takes on a new remit to help to grow the company’s project management activities nationally.

He joined Faithful+Gould in 2002, following an earlier career on the client side with property developers BAA Lynton and Gazeley Properties, where he was involved in project managing projects, including Heathrow Airport’s Terminal 3, Riverside’s mixed use regeneration scheme in Norwich, and Delta Park, Enfield. Paul has significant experience in large scale property development in cities undergoing regeneration.

A Chartered Engineer by profession, Paul also has an MBA. He said: "Traditionally project managers at Faithful+Gould were chartered surveyors, but due to the demands placed on Faithful+Gould by today’s world-class clients we have built a multi-disciplined project management team with the very wide range of skills and experience required for today’s complex and innovative projects."
