After an 18 month bid process Faithful+Gould has been awarded technical advisory and construction monitor services for British Columbia's new Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) Headquarters.
The new headquarters will be located in City of Surrey and has been designed for RCMP's unique operational needs. The project will relocate and consolidate existing RCMP units spread throughout Metro Vancouver into one central location for more than 2,000 employees.
The project is aiming to achieve LEED® Canada Gold certification and will incorporate the latest in "green" technology as well as the highest standards for construction and facility management.
Faithful+Gould is a part of the Green Timbers Accommodation Partners consortium which will design-build-finance-maintain the RCMP HQ. Other consortium team members include:

Construction is scheduled to start this summer and is projected to complete in summer 2012.
