In June, Faithful+Gould Vice President and Corporate Real Estate Sector Lead Saeid Garebaglow served as moderator for a panel at the New York Institute of Technology (NYIT).

The panel consisted of several CEOs from various New York-based tech companies including, Alex Abelin, co-founder and CEO of Liquidtalent; Roy Abrams, CEO of Realconnex; and David Eisenberg, CEO of Floored. As moderator and representative of Faithful+Gould, Saeid led the discussion and posed questions to the panel, while providing his expertise when applicable.

The subject of discussion, entitled "The Industry Incubator", was the intersection of technology and real estate in New York. Through an extended Q&A, the industry leaders participating discussed how the two sectors could learn from each other, adapt and cooperate for improved efficiency and productivity.

"The program highlighted the issues and provided the audience with a unique perspective on the linked futures of technology and real estate projects."
