Temco Grain Export Facility - Port of Kalama

Christy Ullo
We have been selected to provide construction management services to Temco, a joint venture owned by Minnesota-based cooperative CHS Inc. and Cargill, for the grain export facility upgrade at the Port of Kalama in Washington State.

The project will improve ship loading capacity and efficiency for the Temco marine terminal and grain elevator.

Faithful+Gould is providing construction management services for the construction phase of the project, utilizing staff from both its Portland and Minneapolis offices. Having a market presence in both cities allows Faithful+Gould the ability to work closely with the project owners near its headquarters in the Twin Cities area and source local staff to fill on site roles.

We are confident that our project team will deliver an excellent project outcome because of our commitment to effectively collaborate with all project stake holders.

David Stark, Faithful+Gould's Program Director

David Stark, program director for Faithful+Gould, commented, “This project is a great opportunity for Faithful+Gould to utilize the project management skills and the experience of our people to complement the Cargill and CHS staff involved in the project. We are confident that our project team will deliver an excellent project outcome because of our commitment to effectively collaborate with all project stake holders.”
