Winner of the BCO Commercial Workplace Award

Our project, One St Peter’s Square, Manchester has won the Commercial Workplace Award at last night's BCO Awards.

We are delighted to announce our project, One St Peter’s Square, Manchester, for client GMPVF & Argent Development Partnership has won the BCO Commercial Workplace Award at the Annual BCO Awards ceremony which took place in London last night. The award win follows the project’s success at the regional BCO Awards for best Commercial Workspace in April this year.

The judges all agreed: “This is a development fully aligned to the City’s aspirations and ambitions, in terms of its form, function and flexibility. The professionals involved have clearly worked effectively as a team and the already impressive results of their labour will continue to evolve and improve throughout time.”

The project team includes Glen Howells as concept architects and Weedon as detailing architects, Hoare Lee as M&E engineer, Tier Consult as structural engineer and Faithful+Gould as project manager and quantity surveyor.
