The awards were attended by 600 members of the Welsh construction industry who celebrated with 18 winners and highly commended organisations and projects.
The awards, which have been running for over 10 years, celebrates project, organisational and individual excellence in areas such as collaboration, innovation, sustainability, wellbeing and health and safety.
Proving itself worthy of the award win, the 'super school', which took 18 months to construct, opened its door in September to 1,500 pupils and 200 staff and has become one of only 850 Microsoft Showcase Schools worldwide and one of only four in Wales. The Microsoft accolade demonstrates the school’s commitment and ambition in transforming its learning environment and for its use of mobile and cloud technology.
Faithful+Gould's Swansea office provided full post contract cost management services and by working closely with our client, the design team and contractor, the project was delivered both within budget and ahead of time.
"The project’s success demonstrates what can be achieved through co-ordinated and collaborative working across all disciplines.”
