Faithful+Gould is a consulting partner for Nottinghamshire County Council. We provide building related consultancy services on a range of projects under the Council's framework agreement. In addition, we are the appointed Technical Advisor for their £150 million Building Schools for the Future project.
We were appointed in 2005 under the Derbyshire County Council Partnering Frameworks Agreement to provide support to the Property Maintenance Department. In 2007 the appointment was re-established under the Nottinghamshire County Council Framework encompassing: Building surveying, quantity surveying, project management, structural engineering, building services engineering, soil investigation, planning supervision, planning services, land surveying, landscape architecture.
Faithful+Gould works closely with the Council's property department, and provides both single and multi-discipline services on a wide range of building stock. Our team of surveyors are based in the Council's offices delivering minor refurbishment and maintenance schemes, asset management surveys and CAD support.
In addition, the Nottingham team provides building surveying, design, mechanical and electrical, sustainability, project management, quantity surveying and CDMC services for high value new build and refurbishment projects across the city.
