Harlow District Council awarded Faithful+Gould via the Scape Framework to undertake their construction programme to deliver 18 new two-bed four person affordable homes in Harlow, the first of their kind in over 25 years.
With the council having a number of disused and vacant garage sites, the Pathfinder project focuses on a niche area of regeneration and development of a new build housing scheme on three disused garage sites located throughout the town.
Faithful+Gould is acting as the lead consultant delivering multidisciplinary services including Employers Agent, Quantity Surveying, Contract Administration and Principal Designer.

All homes will be for rent and will provide high quality and sustainable homes to meet the current and future housing need of Harlow. It is proposed that all homes will be built to Lifetime Home Standard, Code for Sustainable Homes level 3, Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) design and quality standards and Building for Life standards, as well as meeting the standards as set out in the Harlow Design Guide.
The Faithful+Gould team has worked seamlessly with Harlow District Council by providing additional support when required to ensure a successful delivery of the project.
