Faithful+Gould served as program manager for Rolls-Royce North America’s first North American production facility on a Greenfield site. Rolls-Royce North America selected Prince George County, Virginia as home for its new $50 million, 220,000-square-foot aircraft engine component manufacturing plant. The plant produces turbofan parts for Rolls-Royce engines used in Airbus and Boeing commercial aircraft.

As program manager, Faithful+Gould worked closely with the multiple stakeholders within the Rolls-Royce team in the development of every aspect of this program, ranging from cost modelling and estimating to master planning, design-builder selection, construction schedule review, change order analysis and construction oversight.
