Singapore Sports Hub Consortium

The Sports Hub will be Singapore's premier land and sea sports, entertainment and lifestyle hub. A unique cluster development of integrated world-class sports facilities within the city, it will play a critical role in accelerating the development of sports industry, excellence and participation. The Sports Hub will take sports to the next level in Singapore. The Hub is the first and largest sports facility infrastructure Public Private Partnership (PPP) project in the world. It is also the largest PPP project of its kind in Singapore.

Located on a 35ha site in Kallang, the Sports Hub will include the following facilities: New 55,000-capacity national stadium with a retractable roof; 6,000-capacity indoor aquatic centre that meets world tournament standards; 3,000-capacity multi-purpose arena which will be scalable and flexible in layout; 41,000 sq m of commercial space; water sports centre; existing 12,000-capacity Singapore indoor stadium; and supporting leisure and commercial developments.

We are appointed as the consortium lender’s technical advisor. Our scope of services included interim and financial close due diligence including reviewing of commercial risk management, procedures and technique, project life cycle, construction and operational period monitoring and project life cycle consultation.
