Station Hill, developed by Stanhope plc, is a substantial mixed use scheme consisting of 940,000 sq/ft of offices, 167 apartments, local retail and leisure facilities, public realm and open space, together with all associated infrastructure works.

The project will rejuvenate the area and create a private and public space that stands at the heart of the town centre linking Station Hill and Friar Street. Faithful+Gould is providing cost management services and has been instrumental in providing advice that realises the schemes aspirations and requirements while mitigating cost. An example of which was our input into creating option costs for the over-cladding of the existing car park which forms part of the scheme.
