Faithful+Gould led the development of the Hard Facilities Management (FM) documentation, followed by the procurement of these services. Our objective was to provide our client with a hard services maintenance solution which aligned the operational element of the development with the initial construction, resulting in the smooth transition from construction to the operational phase of the development.
To achieve this Faithful+Gould worked closely with the client, leading the development of the tender documentation and the tendering process, which included the following services:

- Helpdesk operation
- Energy & Utility Management
- Management of equipment/material
- Preventative and corrective hard landscaping maintenance
